The short version
This website does not require an account and does not store your personal information in a database. The forms on the site — the mailing list sign-up and the vendor, performer, and sponsor applications — work by opening a message in your own email app, pre-filled, for you to send. Nothing is submitted or saved until you press send in your email client.
Information you choose to send us
When you email us — directly or through one of the pre-filled forms — we receive whatever you include, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We use that information only to respond to you and to organize your participation in the festival.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and answer your questions
- To process vendor, performer, sponsor, and community-partner enquiries
- To send festival updates, but only if you have asked to join the mailing list
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the members of the New Image Live team working on the festival, and only as needed to respond to you.
Hosting and third parties
This website is served by our hosting provider, which may process standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Your email is handled by your own email provider and ours when you contact us.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you or to delete it. Just email info@miamidadefoodwine.com.
